This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses interracialmatchfinder.com and related apps (the "Service"), operated by INTERRACIAL MATCH FINDER, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. It is part of our Terms of Service. The Service is an online dating community for adults. We keep it safe by setting clear rules and enforcing them.
1. Adults only
You must be 18 or older. We verify new members before full access, and we remove anyone we believe is under 18.
Never post content that depicts, sexualizes, or endangers minors. We report any such content to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children and to law enforcement.
2. Prohibited conduct
Sexual services and exploitation
- Offering, requesting or advertising sex, escort services, paid companionship, or any exchange of money, gifts or favors for dates or intimacy.
- Sexually explicit content or nudity in photos, bios or messages.
- Human trafficking, coercion, or exploitation of any person.
Fraud and deception
- Fake, stolen, impersonated or misleading profiles, including profiles run by someone other than the person shown.
- Asking another member for money, gifts, gift cards, cryptocurrency, bank details, loans, visa or travel funds, or help moving money.
- Romance scams, phishing, or any attempt to defraud members or us.
- Running multiple accounts, or creating a new account after being removed.
Harassment and harm
- Threats, stalking, bullying, doxxing, blackmail, or unwanted repeated contact after someone says stop.
- Hate speech or discrimination, including attacks on a person or group because of race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability or similar characteristics.
- Content promoting violence, self-harm, or terrorism.
Platform misuse
- Advertising or promoting other products, services, websites, apps or social accounts.
- Spam, chain messages, or bulk or automated messaging.
- Bots, scrapers, or any automated collection of member data.
- Attempting to hack, disrupt, reverse-engineer, or bypass security, or access accounts that aren't yours.
- Sharing another person's private information or photos without their consent.
- Violating any law or someone's intellectual property rights.
3. Reporting
Use the Report button on any profile or message, or email interracial-match-finder@polsia.app. Include usernames and screenshots if you can. We review reports within 24-72 hours. If you are in immediate danger, contact your local emergency services first.
4. Enforcement
Depending on how serious the violation is, we may:
- remove content;
- issue a warning;
- restrict features;
- suspend or permanently terminate an account without refund for the current period (see our Refund Policy); and
- report illegal activity to law enforcement and cooperate with investigations (see our Law Enforcement Protocol).
We apply these rules consistently, and members may appeal a decision by emailing interracial-match-finder@polsia.app within 14 business days.
5. Changes
We may update this AUP and will post the new version with an updated date.
