Terms of Service

1. What the Service is

The Service is an online dating community where adults create profiles, search for other members, and choose whom to contact. We do not select, recommend, arrange, or guarantee matches, introductions, or relationships. We are not a marriage broker, escort service, or companionship service. Members decide for themselves whom to communicate with, and any relationship is entirely between members.

2. Eligibility

You may use the Service only if you:

• are at least 18 years old;
• are legally able to enter into a binding contract;
• are not prohibited from using the Service by law; and
• have not previously been removed from the Service for violating these Terms.

You confirm you meet these requirements when you sign up.

3. Your account and verification

You must provide accurate, current information and keep it up to date. One person may hold one account.

Member verification. Before gaining full access, each new member is reviewed by our team. The review confirms that you are 18 or older and a real person, and may involve a selfie or a short video call. The review is for safety and authenticity only. We apply written safety criteria and do not use the review to pick or pair members.

We may approve, request more information from, or decline an application if we reasonably believe the account is fake, fraudulent, underage, impersonating someone, or breaks these Terms.

You are responsible for your password and for all activity on your account. Tell us immediately at interracial-match-finder@polsia.app if you suspect unauthorized use.

4. Rules of conduct

You agree not to:

• offer or request sexual services, escort services, paid companionship, or any exchange of money for dates, intimacy, or relationships;
• post sexually explicit content, nudity, or content that sexualizes minors (we will report any such content to the authorities);
• create a fake, misleading, or impersonated profile, or operate profiles on behalf of others;
• ask other members for money, gifts, financial information, cryptocurrency, or help with transfers, or run any scam, romance scam or fraud;
• harass, threaten, stalk, discriminate against or abuse anyone, or post hate speech;
• share another person's private information without consent;
• advertise, solicit or promote other products, services or websites;
• use bots, scrapers or automated tools, or try to access accounts, systems or data without permission;
• break any law or infringe anyone's rights.

We may remove content, suspend or terminate accounts, and report unlawful activity to authorities if we believe these rules were broken.

5. Premium subscriptions, billing and auto-renewal

Signup is free to start. After your profile is approved, Premium is a paid subscription that unlocks features described on our pricing page, e.g., unlimited messaging, advanced search, seeing who liked you.

Prices. The price, billing period, and features are shown before you pay. Current plans: 14.99 $ Monthly, 34.99$ for 3 months:99.99 $ for 12 months, Prices are in US dollars. Taxes may apply.

Payment after approval. We ask for payment only after your profile has been approved. If your application is not approved, you will not be charged.

Automatic renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period at the then-current price shown at checkout, until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us, through our payment processor Stripe, to charge your payment method each period. We will email you 3 days before each renewal for plans longer than one month.

Price changes. If we change the price, we will notify you in advance, and the new price applies from your next renewal. You may cancel before then.

Premium does not guarantee matches, replies, dates, or relationships.

No per-match or success fees. We do not charge any fee based on introductions, connections, or outcomes.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time in Account → Billing, and cancellation stops future renewals. You keep Premium access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling is as simple as signing up, and we won't make you contact us by phone or ask you to confirm repeatedly.

7. Refunds

Not approved: If you pay and your profile is later declined, we refund you in full.

First purchase: e.g., you may request a full refund within 3 days of your first Premium purchase by emailing interracial-match-finder@polsia.app

Renewals and later periods: e. Renewal payments can be refunded within 48 hours of the charge if you didn't intend to renew.

Account removal by us: If we remove your account for violating these Terms, no refund is due for the current period.

Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5-10 business days.

Nothing in these Terms limits any refund or cancellation right you have under applicable law.

8. Your content

You keep ownership of the photos, text and other content you post ("Member Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce and distribute it solely to operate and promote the Service. You confirm you own or have rights to your content and that it follows these Terms. We may remove content at our discretion.

9. Safety and meeting people

Use common sense online and offline. We do not run criminal background checks on members, and our verification confirms identity and authenticity only, not character or intent. We cannot guarantee that anyone is who they say they are or is safe. When meeting someone, meet in public places, tell a friend, and never send money. Report suspicious behavior using the in-app Report button or at interracial-match-finder@polsia.app.

10. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its name, logo, design, software and content (other than Member Content), belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by law. You may use it only as these Terms allow.

11. Copyright complaints

If you believe content on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice to our designated interracial-match-finder@polsia.app, including the information required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3).

12. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account or access if you break these Terms, create risk or legal exposure for us or other members, or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including 8, 12-16) will survive.

13. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of member profiles, or any result from using the Service. We are not responsible for members' conduct, online or offline.

14. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, INTERRACIAL MATCH FINDER, LLC and its members, managers, employees and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or (b) US $100. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limits, so these may not fully apply to you.

15. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify us against claims, losses and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of law or any person's rights.

16. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that is not resolved informally will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you and we consent to their jurisdiction, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in your home courts. Before filing a claim, please contact us at interracial-match-finder@polsia.app so we can try to resolve it informally for at least 30 days.

17. Changes to the Service and these Terms

We may update the Service and these Terms. For material changes, we will give notice by email or in the Service at least 14-30 days before they take effect. If you keep using the Service after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms. If you do not agree, cancel your account before then.

18. General

These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. You may not transfer your rights under these Terms; we may transfer ours in a merger or sale of the business.
